1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. General

1. Doors open 30 mins before show commence, please ensure to arrive to venue early;
2. Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the theatre;
3. No photography and video recording are allowed;
4. Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises.

Conditions of Entry

1. From 10 October 2022, VDS will no longer be required for events with more than 500 participants at any one time.
2. Wearing masks during the show is optional.
