Viu, PCCW’s leading pan-regional OTT video streaming service, is excited to announce that beloved K-pop girl group Apink’s 7th Concert [PINK NEW YEAR] is coming to Singapore on February 20th, 2025, at Arena @ Expo Hall 7. This marks Apink’s return to Singapore for their concert tour after almost nine years, with the performance promising to create special memories for local fans.

Since their debut in 2011 with the hit I Don’t Know, Apink has established themselves as one of the most popular girl groups, known for their bright energy. They have released iconic hits such as NoNoNo, LUV and Mr. Chu over the span of their longstanding 14-year career.

The [PINK NEW YEAR] concert is Apink’s first full-member tour in four years, following two sold-out shows in Korea last month. The group has been actively promoting, having released the fan song Wait Me There and the year-end season song PINK CHRISTMAS last year.

Fans can look forward to an unforgettable festive show filled with special live stages and dazzling solo performances this February.

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. Conditions of Entry

• Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance;
• Admission for 3 years old and above;
• All patrons 3 years and above must purchase a ticket for admission. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian;
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.

• Approximately 120 minutes.

• No professional/flash photography is allowed.
• Recording and shooting by cell phone is allowed. Please refrain from disrupting or inconveniencing other fans' concert experiences.
• Full recording and/or live streaming of the full concert is strictly prohibited.

What is the minimum age to attend the event?

The minimum age required to enter the event is THREE (3) years old (as of the event date) with the purchase of a valid ticket. Infants in arms and children below the age of THREE (3) will not be allowed into the event. Children under TWELVE (12) must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

You can purchase up to EIGHT (8) tickets per transaction. Please make sure you complete the transaction within the 10-minute timeframe. If confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time will expire, and it will be deemed incomplete. Seats previously chosen will be automatically returned to the system and released for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Are there wheelchair accessible seats?

For wheelchair accessible seats, kindly contact authorised ticketing partner, BookMyShow, via their hotline at +65 65918871 for further assistance. Reservations will close 3 days prior to the show date.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the show?

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction has been confirmed.

Can I choose my preferred seats?

You will be able to choose your preferred price category and section. Please make sure you complete the transaction within the 10-minute timeframe. If confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction time will expire, and it will be deemed incomplete.

What are the ticket collection methods available if I were to purchase my tickets?

A confirmation email with the e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email inbox upon successful purchase of the ticket(s). Please ensure that you have entered a valid email address during the ticket purchase. No physical collection is required for this option.

For fans based outside of Singapore, how can we purchase and collect our tickets?

Fans who are based outside of Singapore are welcome to purchase tickets online. 

You will receive a confirmation email with the e-ticket(s), upon successful purchase of tickets. Please ensure that you have entered a valid email address during the ticket purchase.

Are there any fan benefits for ticket holders?

Fans who purchased tickets to the fan meeting will be entitled to benefits including a Sound Check (all VIP ticket holders), Hi-Bye Session (all VIP ticket holders, lucky draw for CAT 1 ticket holders), Signed Poster (lucky draw for VIP, CAT 1 & CAT 2 ticket holders) and Signed Polaroid (lucky draw across all categories). All ticket holders will be entitled to a Photocard and an Official Poster.

Who is eligible for the lucky draw?

Fans who purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing partner from 23 January 2025 at 10AM to 9 February 2025 at 11:59PM (or until tickets are fully sold out, whichever earlier) will be eligible for the lucky draw.

Viu reserves the right to change the lucky draw period and other terms and conditions.

How will the lucky draw be carried out?

Each ticket holder will have a seat number, and the lucky draw will be carried out through a random selection of the seat numbers, depending on the ticket category and the respective fan benefits allocated. Each ticket will only be entitled to one chance for the lucky draw per prize category.

When will the announcement of the lucky draw winners be made?

The announcement will be made on 14 February 2025.
