Family ties are meant to be unbreakable, but what happens when the very foundation cracks? In this emotionally charged play, the Tan siblings—Theo,

Bryan, and Esther—each bear the scars of a childhood shaped by a series of unfortunate events.

Pulled apart by wounds that time didn't heal, Esther’s wedding offers a chance for the family to reunite. But will this long-awaited gathering bring healing, or will resentments resurface? As the siblings confront the past and navigate their complicated relationships, the question remains: can they rediscover what it means to be a family, or are some bonds too broken to mend?

"Before the Vows" explores themes of guilt, grief, forgiveness and resilience, offering a deeply moving portrayal of the complexity of being a family.

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

• Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.
• Each ticket admits one person, regardless of age.

General

• Please be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time;
• In the interest of all patrons, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance;
• Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the theatre;
• Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises;
• There will be a 15 minute intermission.

• Photography without flash and Videography are allowed for this event.
