Terms of Ticket Sales

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Rating / Age Limit

• Recommended for ages 5 and above.
• If parents wish to bring children under 5, a ticket for each child is required.
• No admission for infant-in-arms
• We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.
• No admission without a ticket.

Admission / Re-admission

• You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
• Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.

Photography / Video Recording Rules

• Non-flash photography and videography is allowed during the concert.

Photographs and videos will be taken at the event in which you may appear. Such photographs and videos may be displayed or published on Singapore Symphony Group’s website, social media platforms, publications and publicity materials. By attending the event, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for the foregoing purposes.
