Booking Fees

•Please note that prices indicated are exclusive of booking fees.

•Admission to KidsSTOP™ requires a child accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age. Strictly no admittance to KidsSTOP™ for adults unaccompanied by a child.

General

• Ticket(s) sold is/are valid for admission to selected date and time session of STEAM Festival 2024.

• STEAM Festival tickets are not valid for admission to other attractions at Science Centre Singapore.

• It is mandatory for every guest to go through a health screening before entering KidsSTOP™. The event organizer and KidsSTOP™ Management reserves the right to refuse admission, without refund or compensation, to guests due to health or safety reasons.

• No food and drinks are allowed in KidsSTOP™.

• Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by KidsSTOP™.

Conditions of Entry

• STEAM Festival 2024 is recommended for children of ages 18 months – 8 years old.

• Children 19 months – 8 years old will require a child ticket to enter STEAM Festival.

• Children 18 months and below, during the period of festival, will not require a ticket to enter STEAM Festival. Accompanying adults will require a festival adult ticket to enter STEAM Festival.

• Children 9 years and above can purchase adult tickets to STEAM Festival.

• Children 12 years and below are required to be always accompanied by an adult to enter and participate in STEAM Festival.

• Admission to KidsSTOP™ requires a child accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.

• Strictly no admittance to KidsSTOP™ for adults unaccompanied by a child.

• KidsSTOP™ Annual Pass holders are required to purchase a STEAM Festival admission ticket to enter the festival and KidsSTOP™ during the period of festival.

• Event organisers and KidsSTOP™ Management reserves the right to refuse admission to KidsSTOP™ and STEAM Festival, without refund or compensation to patron, if patron purchase an adult ticket to STEAM Festival but do not have any accompanying children below 8 years old.

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Tickets sold are non-refundable. Subjected on a case-by-case basis.

• Change of admission date and session is subjected to ticket availability of other festival dates and sessions. Please reach out to [email protected] to assist with the change of admission date and session.

Photography / Videography Recording Rules

• Photography without flash and video recording are allowed for this event.

• Please note that photographs and videos of patrons will be taken during the event for use in KidsSTOP™ and/or Science Centre Singapore’s archival and publicity purposes.
