Gloomy clouds are now over Cristiano Ronaldo and his family. Georgina Rodriguez―Ronaldo’s long-term partner―who was supposed to be the mom of another two children, unfortunately, has to face the bitter truth as their son didn’t make it out alive. On Monday, the Manchester United star shared a painful Instagram post announcing that one of their twins had died. Georgina Rodriguez also shared the same exact post just like Ronaldo.
The couple is now sharing mixed emotions as they lose and gain at the same time. Their baby girl is coming out alive and healthy despite the baby boy’s death. Cristiano and Georgina described that the main source of strength for them to carry on during this hard time comes from their baby girl. Both Cristiano and Georgina don’t go into details about the cause of their baby boy’s misfortune as the couple may solicit for privacy since they’re still processing this devastating news.
Last October, the couple who were then, parents of their four children, 4-year-old twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 4-year-old daughter Alana Martina, and 11-year-old son Cristiano Jr, announced the merry news that they were expecting twins. Life is a mystery and unfortunately, the couple has to go through a terribly hard time.
Cristiano Ronaldo has for sure put himself together a little bit harder, as he has to defend Manchester United in a match against Liverpool on April 19th at 8 p.m. (local time).
